秘密信息

假设A打算秘密传递一些信息给B，A需要从一个随机消息源中随机选取一个无关紧要的消息C，当这个消息公开传递时，不会引起人们的怀疑，称这个消息为载体对象（Cover Message）C；把秘密信息（Secret Message）M隐藏到载体对象C中，此时，载体对象就变成了伪装对象C1.载体对象C是正常的，不会引起人们的怀疑，伪装对象C1与载体对象C无论从感官（比如感受图像、视频的视觉和感受声音、音频的听觉）上，还是从计算机的分析上，都不可能把他们区分开来，而且对伪装对象C1的正常处理，不应破坏隐藏的秘密信息。这样就实现了信息的隐藏传输。秘密信息的嵌入过程可能需要密钥，也可能不需要密钥，为了区别于加密的密钥，信息隐藏的密钥称为伪装密钥k。信息隐藏涉及两个算法：信息嵌入算法和信息提取算法，如下图：信息隐藏的原理框图

精对苯二甲酸生产工艺综述精对苯二甲酸是制造聚酯纤维、薄膜、绝缘漆的重要原料，主要用于生产聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)以及聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)，也用作染料中间体。长期以来，我国PTA工业的发展滞后于聚酯工业的发展。据海关统计，自1990年以来，我国PTA进口量呈逐年快速增长趋势，2005年进口量高达649.73万t，自1990年至2005年的15年间年均增长率达到22.07%，其中尤以1995至2000年间增长最快，年均增长率高达44.26%(见表1)。 对二甲苯高温氧化法对二甲苯以醋酸为溶剂，以醋酸钴、醋酸锰为催化剂，在四溴乙烷存在下，于221-225℃和0.255MPa压力下氧化生成对苯二甲酸。反应产物在280-290℃和6.5-7.0MPa压力下溶解于水中，成对苯二甲酸水溶液。然后用钯/活性炭催化剂加氢处理，除去微量对羰基苯甲醛，经结晶、洗涤、干燥，得成品精对苯二甲酸。 1.2 PTA生产工艺进展 1.2.1 PTA生产工艺进展概述 PTA是聚酯产品的主要原料，由于聚酯工业的迅速发展，特别是采用PTA直接酯化、连续缩聚工艺实现工业化生产以来，和对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)工艺路线相比，因其具有流程简短、原料消耗低、生产工艺容易控制、成本低等诸多优点，20世纪70年代以后，PTA工艺已成为聚酯工业发展之重点。 以对二甲苯(PX)为原料生产聚酯单体工艺路线很多，而技术先进、应用广泛的工业装置可分为两类：一类是以威顿法技术为代表的合并氧化酯化法生产对DMT工艺；另一类是以英国BP-Amoco、美国Dupont-ICI、日本三井油化、日本三菱化学(MCC)、美国Eastman及意大利INCA等公司技术为代表的中温氧化、加氢精制(或深度氧化)生产精对苯二甲酸工艺。 Eastman为当今世界上最大的PET生产商、技术转让商，在北美和欧洲生产PTA，拥有在世界上处于领先水平的中等纯度的对苯二甲酸(MTA)和PTA技术。Eastman的PTA生产技术开发较早，对于反应机理的理解有其独特之处，工艺路线和设备的选择也颇多与众不同。 Dupont-ICI公司几乎和BP-Amoco公司同期研究开发高温氧化技术，生产粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)，从上世纪50年代中期到70年代中期，一直和BP-Amoco公司相互交换技术发展资料，共同开发新技术。同时，Dupont-ICI公司进一步完善了氧化反应催化剂体系，特别是溴系促进剂的使用，逐步发展和形成其氧化、精制专利技术，并于1967年建成投产其第一套PTA生产装置，在PTA研究和生产中占有相当大的比例。 BP-Amoco公司于上世纪50年代中期将中世纪公司开发的高温氧化法实现工业化，该法以醋酸(HAc)为溶剂，钴、锰重金属盐为催化剂，溴化物为促进剂，在一定的温度和压力下，PX和空气发生气液非均相化学反应，生成CTA。高温氧化法具有反应速度快、产品收率高，并可降低CTA中氧化中间产物的含量等特点。但由于反应温度高，造成溶剂耗量大，设备腐蚀性严重，要求材质等级高。为克服高温氧化法的不足，各家公司又成功地开发出中温氧化工艺，降低了原辅材料消耗，减少了副产物的生成，装置开工率达到90%以上。 Roque的PTA装置是引进Amo-co公司技术，1976年投产，通过20多年的稳定生产，积累了丰富的经验。Interquisa公司在消化吸收Amoco公司技术基础上，通过其不懈的努力，增加新的工艺步骤、改进设计、操作和维修，来不断地改进技术，实现高产量、低能耗、高质量和长周期的稳定操作。 Dow化学公司PTA技术来源于意大利子公司INCA，Dow拥有80%股份。INCA有30多年的PTA生产经验，工厂设在Ottana。 上世纪50年代末，日本三井油化(Mitsui)公司使用中世纪专利技术，建成了第一套CTA工业装置，并根据实际生产操作经验，对工艺进行了深度研究开发，形成了具有自身特色的对二甲苯中温氧化工艺。并引进BP-Amoco公司CTA加氢精制专利技术，在PTA工艺领域占有一定份额。 1.2.2 聚合级对苯二甲酸(EPTA)生产工艺特点 以PX与空气为主要物料，经三步制得EPTA，工艺过程见图1(略)。 EPTA生产工艺仍然属于高温法的改进。EPTA产品中有两种用户不期望的高浓度杂质4-羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)和PT酸。这两种杂质的含量表征PX氧化的程度。通常，PX上的甲基氧化生成PT酸的速率比PT酸上的甲基氧化生成TPA快10倍。反应速率的差异主要来自PT酸中羧基官能团的吸电子效应对甲基产生的钝化作用。同时，含有醛基的两种中间产物对甲基苯甲醛和对羧基苯甲醛即使没有催化剂存在也可以非常容易地被氧化。 除了PX反应生成TPA的主反应，同时还有PX和醋酸的副反应。醋酸的氧化与分解便是其中之一。这些副反应的存在，使得生产成本上升。因此，控制反应条件，减少副反应，成为各种工艺改进的重中之重。 近年来，有代表性的PTA生产商对其各自的工艺进一步作了改进。PTA由PX在醋酸溶剂中进行液相氧化制取，采用醋酸钴作催化剂。氧化反应条件大体是：温度185-200℃，压力0.98-1.5MPa，在立式罐反应器内进行气液相鼓泡反应。BP和杜邦公司拥有专有技术，三菱化学、依斯曼化学和三井化学公司也不断开发有竞争性的生产工艺。 Eastman公司的EPTA工艺由CTA生产、EPTA生产和催化剂回收三部分组成。PX在醋酸溶剂中，用空气在液相催化氧化。进料混合物(PX、溶剂和催化剂)与压缩空气混合，连续进入在中温下操作的鼓泡塔式氧化反应器，生成的CTA用来自溶剂回收系统的贫溶剂去除CTA中的杂质。CTA再在后氧化步骤中提纯为EPTA，大大减少对苯二甲酸中的主要杂质4-CBA、对甲基苯甲酸(p-TA)，EPTA从溶剂中分离和干燥。悬浮固体作为CTA残渣分出和去除，在流化床焚烧炉中处理。可溶性杂质从滤液中除去，溶解的催化剂用于循环。该工艺加工步骤较少，与缓和氧化技术相结合，投资和操作费用较低。在美国、西欧、亚太地区已建有工业装置，总能力为150万t/a。Lurgi石油和化学公司负责该工艺的技术转让。我国浙江的华联三鑫石化有限公司采用Eastman公司EPTA技术，建设的年产60万t EP-TA装置已于2005年3月投入试运行，目前该装置已经正常运行。华联三鑫石化有限公司采用杜邦技术的年产120万t PTA装置已于2005年动工建设。 2 PTA的能耗比较 PX氧化制取PTA过程中，PX的理论消耗为638.6kg/t PTA(以纯度100%计)。我国早期PX制取PTA的PX消耗为708kg/t PTA(含量≥99%)，醋酸消耗为111kg/t PTA，目前扬子石化的醋酸消耗为50kg/t PTA左右，华联三鑫石化有限公司的设计醋酸消耗值为46kg/t PTA，总能耗为242kg标煤/t PTA，国际先进能耗水平为150kg标煤/t PTA。 3 近年来PTA工艺改进的成果 近年来，各家专利商围绕降低原辅材料和公用工程消耗、节省投资、提高装置开工率等方面，对PTA工艺流程、工艺参数及设备等不断进行完善和改进，取得了较大的进展。 3.1 优化反应条件 PX氧化是PTA装置的核心，选择适宜的氧化反应条件，是降低原辅材料消耗、减少副产品生成和提高产品质量的决定性因素，优化反应条件成为技术开发的制高点。反应条件优化的总趋势是降低反应压力和温度，提高催化剂浓度并改进催化剂、促进剂配比，详见表2。 表2 氧化反应主要工艺条件 Table 2 The main technological parameter of oxidation 2：13.2 加大母液循环量，降低原料和能量消耗 BP-Amoco公司将母液循环量由原来的50%增大到超过90%，显著减少了氧化残渣量，降低了原辅材料、催化剂和公用工程消耗，同时也节省了能源。精制原料MTA中4-CBA和PT酸含量低，精制部分的溶剂(水)中杂质含量少，母液循环率高。 3.3 强化加氢精制反应 Dupont-ICI公司原有加氢反应CTA浓度低于28%，反应温度约280℃。尔后将CTA浓度提高至30%，将反应温度提高到286℃，加氢反应大为强化，除盐水及能量消耗有所降低。 3.4 PTA母液固体回收利用 PTA结晶离心分离的大量母液，经进一步分离后回收母液中对苯二甲酸、对甲基苯甲酸和对甲基苯甲醛等，送至氧化系统回收利用，提高了产品收率的同时降低了三废排放量。 3.5 改进设备、优化工艺 3.5.1 改进设备 氧化反应属动力学控制型，反应主要发生在液相，90%的反应产物在反应器内已形成晶体，搅拌条件对控制CTA结晶形成及避免反应器内壁结垢至关重要。如BP-Amoco和Dupont-ICI在反应器上部设置液体分布盘，利用回流液冲洗反应器内壁，避免反应产物在反应器内壁积存结垢。Dupont-ICI还对搅拌器的叶片曲线和角度进行了改进，以保证良好的气流搅动及维持颗粒悬浮，进而大幅度提高了氧化反应器效率。 3.5.2 提高自动控制水平 各公司采用DCS控制系统；将定期作业纳入程序控制，减少了手工操作；开发单元操作控制软件，保证工艺在优化状态下稳定运行；研制开发满足PTA工艺控制特殊需求的仪表等。 3.5.3 优化工艺 根据长期的实际生产和操作经验，BP-Amoco和三菱公司均取消CTA干燥、风送、中间贮存工序，滤饼直接送浆料配制溶解罐；Dupont-ICI公司新工艺取消了氧化反应进料混合罐，原料混合在管道中进行，加氢反应器材质采用316L替代304L与钛复合钢板；三菱和Eastman公司将PTA五段结晶改为四段结晶等。上述措施既简化流程，也减少了设备和投资，还节省了能源消耗。 3.5.4 改进三废处理方法，减少三废排放量，有效地控制了对环境的污染 BP公司最近还开发了环保型PTA生产工艺，可使废水和气体污染排放减少3倍，固体废物减少一半，挥发性有机化合物排放基本消除。该工艺应用于我国珠海和台湾的PTA装置以及美国新建的70万t/a PTA装置中。 英国诺丁汉(Nottinghom)大学与杜邦聚酯技术公司合作，开发了在超临界水(ScH2O)中从对二甲苯生产对苯二甲酸的连续法绿色工艺。对二甲苯先被氧部分氧化，氧就地从过氧化氢在预热器中分解产生，保持温度400℃在ScH2O中，再用溴化锰进行催化，可高产率地得到对苯二甲酸，选择性超过90%。与现有工艺相比，该反应路线可大大提高能效和减少废物。常规的对二甲苯在醋酸中氧化生产PTA的路线中，水的存在降低了溴化锰催化剂的活性。新工艺路线在ScH2O中进行反应，因为超临界流体的极性低于液体水的极性，催化剂不会有太大的失活。 3.5.5 扩大PTA装置单系列产能 如BP-Amoco、Dupont-ICI、Interquisa、INCA等公司，均具有PTA装置单系列氧化反应器最大能力超过年产60万t的技术。 4 结束语 我国聚酯工业的超速成长，极大地刺激了PTA投资的快速增长，从而加快了PTA项目的工艺引进，上述成果也不同程度地在新建或改建的PTA装置中得到了应用。但我国PTA装置建设的关键技术仍然依靠进口，基础研究薄弱，能耗水平与国际先进水平比较还有相当大的差距。我国PTA装置的生产规模已经与国际接轨，在大型化方面取得了长足的进展，但在工艺优化方面，特别是基础研究方面仍然有待开发。
