章 浩1成建文2（1. 全国地质资料馆；2. 北京菲易博思技术有限公司）摘 要 目前，各级地质资料馆藏机构基本上已经实现了成果地质资料的数字化。为了进一步推动地质资料管理的信息化，有必要对地质资料电子数据进行标准化建设。本文从 OAIS 参考模型中定义的资料的三种形态：SIP、AIP 和DIP 出发，分别探讨了地质资料电子数据在不同形态下的标准化问题。关键词 地质资料 电子数据 标准化 OAIS1 地质资料电子数据标准化已经势在必行目前的地质资料已经基本实现了数字化，各级馆藏机构也相继实现了自己的信息化系统，例如报盘系统实现了地质资料的数字化汇交，存储系统实现了地质资料的数字化保管，借阅系统实现了地质资料的数字化借阅，等等。为了进一步推进地质资料电子数据的管理水平，在目前地质资料数字化的基础上，有必要进行地质资料电子数据的标准化建设。在档案管理业务领域中，一个比较重要的业务参考模型是 OAIS（OpenArchival Information System）[1]，即开放档案信息系统。可以按照该模型的电子数据定义，初步探讨一下电子数据的标准化问题。图 1 OAIS 模型功能图如图 1 所示，按照 OAIS 的定义，电子数据在管理中有三种形态，或者也可以说，在电子数据的管理过程中，有三种电子数据存在：提交电子数据 SIP（Submission Information Package）[1]、存档电子数据AIP（Archival Information Package）[1]和借阅电子数据 DIP（Dissemination Information Package）[1]。不同的电子数据具有不同的形式，所以应该采用不同的标准。2 提交电子数据的标准化提交电子数据由于需要进行数据整理、传输、验证等操作，所以电子数据的组织形式应该是便于修改、便于运输、便于验证的。BagIt[2]是一个设计用来对基于硬盘或网络进行存储和传输的任意内容的分级文件进行打包的格式，一个“包”包括一个可以是任意内容的数据文件和若干标注文件（标注文件是用于标注包中数据文件的文件）。标注文件至少包括一个数据文件清单文件，其中列出了包中的每个数据文件名称，以及相应的校验码，可进行包数据的完备性验证。采用 BagIt 标准进行提交电子数据的组织，有如下的优点：1）便于修改电子数据内容；2）便于验证电子数据内容的完整性；3）便于进行存储和传输。目前，BagIt 的实现有开源的开发 API 和一些管理工具，如图 2 所示的 Bagger。图 2 Bagger 操作界面截图Bagger 提供了 BagIt 包的创建、编辑、序列化、完整性验证等功能。3 存档电子数据的标准化入库以后的电子数据处于存档状态，这个状态下的电子数据不能进行随意增删操作，而且要很容易地进行完备性验证，以及进行方便的存储管理，例如备份等。存档状态的电子数据，还应当方便地生成可供用户借阅的借阅电子数据，同时可供搜索引擎进行资料检索。存档电子数据可以在 BagIt 的基础上进行序列化得到，序列化的方式可以选择 tar[3]。Tar 是 Tape Archive 的缩写，既是一种文件格式的名称，也是用于处理这种文件格式的程序的名称，现在普遍用于将大量的文件打包为一个单独的大文件，以进行文件传输和保存，同时采用 tar 还可以保留一些文件信息，例如用户（组）权限、文件日期、目录结构等。较老的 tar 标准由 Pre-POSIX.1-1988 定义，但是现在的 tar 程序采用的则是统一标准 tar 格式，即UStar（Uniform Standard Tape Archive）。UStar 标准允许使用长文件名，而且可以保存每个文件更多的信息。经过 tar 序列化以后的电子数据非常便于进行存储和备份，也可利用 MD5 等验证算法进行电子数据完整性验证。对于一些不常被用到的电子数据，还可以采用 ZIP 标准对其进行压缩，以节省存储空间。存档电子数据同时还应提供方便的电子数据检索功能，可以采用 Dublin Core 标准对电子数据进行标准化标注，形成规范的标准信息，从而提供对电子数据的搜索功能。Dublin Core[4]是一个创建基于 Web 的资料检索卡片的标准，它基于标注项来实现，提供资料的索引和检索功能。常用的标注项包括：title—资料的名称；creator—资料的创作者；subject—资料内容及其关键字；description—一段对资料进行概括性的描述文本；publisher—资料的保管者；contributor—资料贡献者；date—资料日期，比如形成日期；type—资料类型；format—资料格式；identifier—数字化的资料标志符；source—资料来源；language—资料语种；relation—相关的其他资源；coverage—覆盖范围，年代、空间等；rights—权限。这些标注项可以用键 / 值的方式进行标识，采用 HTML 标准进行标识的话，就是在 HTML 头中用 标签定义每个标注项的值，例如：这样，采用标准的 Internet 搜索平台，例如 Apache Lucene/Solr，可以很容易地建立功能强大的电子数据搜索引擎。4 借阅电子数据的标准化借阅电子数据是便于为用户提供电子数据浏览的电子数据。DIP 中的文本数据，可以采用 HTML 作为标准；HTML[5]是目前使用最为广泛的电子数据内容标注语言，其本身可以包含电子数据内容，也可以引用外部的电子数据内容。经过 HTML 标注的电子文本数据，可以方便地采用各种平台的浏览器进行在线浏览。DIP 中的图像数据，可以采用 JPEG2000 标准。JPEG2000[6]是目前公认的JPEG的升级版，其压缩率比JPEG高约30%左右，同时支持有损和无损压缩。JPEG2000 能够提供渐进式传输和显示，即可以先传输图像的轮廓，然后逐步传输数据，不断提高图像质量，让图像由朦胧到清晰显示。另外，JPEG2000 还提供“局部区域”传输和显示特性，这可以大幅度提高较大图像文件在线浏览的实时性和交互性。采用 JPEG2000 格式的电子图像数据，可以采用支持 JPEG2000 的浏览器进行在线浏览，也可以采用如 Kakadu Software、IIP-Image、Djatoka Jpeg 2000 Image Server 等提供 JPEG2000 大图的在线浏览功能。如图 3 所示，Kakadu Software 提供的 kdu_show 程序，能够对大于 100M 字节的 JPEG2000 格式的图像文件提供快速的缩放、平移功能，操作时延为毫秒级。图 3 kdu_show 操作界面截图5 结语我国的地质资料信息化还处在起步阶段，电子数据的管理水平总体上落后于纸质资料的管理水平，资料管理还处于以纸质资料管理为主、电子数据管理为辅的阶段。推进地质资料电子数据的标准化建设，可以更好地依托计算机及网络，提高地质资料的管理与服务水平，达到以电子数据为主、纸质资料为辅的资料管理目标。参 考 资 料[1] Reference Model for an Open Archival Information System （OAIS），http：//public.ccsds.org/publications/archive/650x0b1.pdf.[2] BagIt File Packaging Format v 0.97，http：//www.digitalpreservation.gov/documents/bagitspec.pdf.[3]format of tar archives，http：//www.mkssoftware.com/docs/man4/tar.4.asp.[4] IETF RFC 5013—The Dublin Core Metadata Element Set，http：//tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5013.[5]IETF RFC 1866—Hypertext Markup Language - 2.0，http：//tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1866.[6] ISO/IEC 15444-1—JPEG 2000 Core coding system，http：//www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-T.800/en.
