Agency Mission 2：Casino Bust为了方便日后在岛上的行动，Rico需要一名向导的协助才行;接下来的任务就是找到名为Karl Blaine的赌徒，并安全地把他救出来。刚来到赌场的外头时，可以看到中央广场有着不少敌人，如果不想耗太多精神在他们身上的话，可以放置一个Triggered Explosive在最前面的车上，接着再引诱敌人往炸弹的方向前进，按下引爆键就能欣赏一场壮观的烟火秀。在触发Karl被围攻的事件前，还得爬上二侧高楼的最高层解除敌人的炸药。当玩家进入骇客系统时，画面会出现红框的QTE指示，只要在时间限制内按完所有按键即可。临走前别忘了把敌人的突击步枪带走，这把突击步枪升级后将来能够帮玩家解决不少麻烦。解除了二个炸弹，马上就会出现一架直升机前来攻击玩家，利用勾索飞上直升机并把副驾驶击毙，再按手把Y键就能与驾驶进行QTE抢夺直升机。接着，这次任务的目标会出现在空桥的正中央;切记，使用直升机上的机枪扫射敌人时别误伤到Karl，否则他会被玩家给秒杀而任务失败。被敌人重重包围的Karl，主角在第一次与他相遇时没办法好好自我介绍，敌人不断地丢掷手榴弹企图把他们炸死，情急之下Rico只好抱着Karl从窗户冲了出去。好不容易捡回一条命的Karl还破口大骂Rico是「SOB」，更不巧的是这位老固执只开自己的爱车，玩家还得帮他把车给拖出来才行。朝着Karl爱车按住手把LB键射出勾索，接着瞄准后方的牵引车放开LB键连接勾索，接着就能开牵引车把老头的爱车给拖出来。与Karl前往藏身处的路上，敌人会不断地死缠烂打追击玩家，利用勾索连结敌车与地面让敌人翻车，或者是直接飞到敌车上把驾驶踢飞，都是能保住性命的方法。最后终于逃到了藏身处，触发一段剧情动画后便结束了探员任务。结束第二个探员任务、开启第三个任务前，玩家需要足够的Chaos值才能执行，可以趁这个时候走马看花欣赏一下美丽的烟火秀，恶搞敌人一番。游戏初期取得Chaos值的支线任务并不多，而且大多需要耗掉不少车程，玩家可以考虑先破坏敌人的重要设施，取得该基地、村落或城市的控制权来获得大量的Chaos。但是笔者强烈建议先从较小的基地与村落下手，如果没有较高的血量与完备的武器就杀进去，很容易就会躺着出来。
