A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how hard things were for her.She did not know how she was going to deal with it and wanted to give up.Her mother took her to the kitchen.She filled three pots with water and placed each one on a high fire.In the first one she placed carrots;in the second placed eggs; and in the last she placed coffee beans.About twenty minutes later she turned off the burners.She got the carrots,eggs and coffee form the three bowls.Turning to her daughter .She asked,"Tell me ,what do you see?" The daughter then asked,"What does it mean ,mother "Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity---boiling water.Each reacted differently.The carrot was strong and hard at beginning.However,after being put into the boiling water,it became soft.For the egg,its inside became hardened.However,the coffee beans were special.After they had been put in the boiling water,they changed the water.
Then she asked her daughter,"When difficult comes up to you,how do you react?Are you a carrot,an egg or a coffee beans?"
When you,a student,get some difficlties,try to change like the coffee bean and remember to aks yourself ,"Am i a carrot,an egg or a coffee beans?"
