The Frog in the Shallow Well

Have you not heard of the frog that lived in a shallow well? It said to a turtle that lived in the East Sea, "I am so happy! When I go out, I jump about on the railing beside the mouth of the well. When I come home, I rest in the holes on the broken wall of the well. If I jump into the water, it comes up to my armpits and holds up my cheeks. If I walk in the mud, it covers up my feet. I look around at the wriggly worms, crabs and tadpoles, and none of them can compare with me. Moreover, I am lord of this trough of water and I stand up tall in this shallow well. My happiness is full. My dear sir, why don't you come often and look around my place?"
Before the turtle from the East Sea could get its left foot in the well, its right knee got stuck. It hesitated and retreated. The turtle told the frog about the East Sea.
"Even a distance of a thousand li cannot give you an idea of the sea's width; even a height of a thousand ren cannot give you an idea of its depth. In the time of King Yu of the Xia dynasty, there were floods nine years out of ten, but the waters in the sea did not increase. ln the time of King Tang of the Shang dynasty there were droughts seven years out of eight, but the waters in the sea did not decrease. The sea does not change along with the passage of time and its level does not rise or fall according to the amount of rain that falls. The greatest happiness is to live in the East Sea."
After listening to these words, the frog of the shallow well was shocked into realization of his own insignificance and became very ill at ease.

Part time jobs have been taking a majority part of international students' life during the academic studying in overseas.However,it does not mean that everybody spends most of time on the part time work.
The first reason is obviously that working in spare time would affect the academic achivement,in other words,you may get fail in the final exams so that cost much more money to learn it again.
The second reason,well it might not be a reason,would be the safety.Some jobs,which most of international students working on,are all in nights such as kitchen hand.The work off time normally at 1 am next day,and they are not the ideal for students.
But,part time jobs provide more opportunities of earnnings for locals and learning practical speaking for international students.In particular,if you can find a job in domestic company,you will definitely improve yourself as fast as you can image.
In conclusion,part time jobs are pretty good for us,but still depends on how we utlise them for.

左边这座山的和尚说：“来来来,我带你去看.”于是他带着右边那座山的和尚走到庙的后院,指着一口井说：“这五年来,我每天做完功课后都会抽空挖这口井,即使有时很忙,能挖多少就算多少.如今终于让我挖出井水,我就不用再下山挑水,我可以有更多时间练我喜欢的太极拳.”
我们在公司领的薪水再多,那都是挑水.而把握下班后的时间挖一口属于自己的井,未来当年纪大了,体力拚不过年轻人了,还是有水喝,而且喝得很悠闲.

Today I am going to tell all of you about why are dogs obedient to their master.
Do you know why.
Exactly you don’t.
A long time ago,dogs lived in Mars.And little did the human-beings knew there were lives in Mars.Unfortunately,the dogs had a bad-hearted,warlike king.He had many ‘dogs armies’ and many advanced military weapons.
The king of the dogs hoped that the feeble human-beings would be dogs’ slaves so that he would not only be the king of the dogs,but also be the king of the world,or even the king of the space!
But,it was just his dream.He realized that human-beings were united,and he asked one of his inferiors,‘It would be a challenge to defeat human-beings,can I meet it?’ But there was no answer.
Despite the chance of victory was low,he sent all his armies,including himself to Earth to fight it out.
The war between dogs and human started as soon as they arrived.But the dogs were defeated by human in no time.Humans were so united.The king of the dogs lost without any complaint.He realized that ‘dogs really have a lower rank than human’.
Finally dogs swore that they would be obedient to human.Since their language was different,dogs learnt human’s gestures in order to know what they wanted them to do.
And that is why nowadays dogs are obedient their master.
