细罗就是赐平安者,一般释经者都认为这是弥赛亚的名字,故本节的经意,乃为预言弥赛亚出自犹大的支派中,就是指那从大卫的后裔中所生的基督(耶廿三5,太一1),希伯来书的作者告诉我们说:「我们的主分明是从犹大出来的.」(来七14).
