How do I create a data dict.structure in SE11?

How do I create a data dict.structure in SE11?
Hi,I have used up all my chips.I searched the forum using the keywords 'create structure' and sampled the answers ...some of them say 'you need to create such and such structure' but they don't explain how to do that.ABAPDOCU wasn't of much help either.I'm writing a function module that is supposed to populate a custom table:MANDTBILKTFC_SITEMFC_BUPTR...and I want to define a custom structure:BILKTFC_SITEMFC_BUPTR...to be used in the 'Tables' section of my function definition.I'm on 4.6C and there is no option in SE11 that even remotely points to creating a structure.'Utilities -> Other Dictionary Objects' gives me a choice between type group,matchcode object and table pool/cluster,but structure is nowhere to be found.How do I create a structure,please point me in the right direction.Thanks,T.
