静电纺基本原理是: 聚合物溶液或熔体在高压静电的作用下, 会在喷丝口处形成Tay lo r锥, 当电场强度达到一个临界值时, 电场力就能克服液体的表面张力, 在喷丝口处形成一股带电的喷射流.喷射过程中, 由于喷射流的表面积急速增大, 溶剂挥发, 纤维固化并无序状排列于收集装置上[ 2] , 从而得到我们需要的纳米纤维.
熔融纺丝:又分为聚合法、共混纺丝法、皮芯复合纺丝法
溶液纺丝 即将变色化合物和防止其转移的试剂直接添加到纺丝液中进行纺丝.
湿法纺丝 将成纤高聚物溶解在适当的溶剂中,得到一定组成、一定粘度并具有良好可纺性的溶液,称纺丝原液.也可由均相溶液聚合直接得到纺丝原液.高聚物在溶解前先发生溶胀,即溶剂先向高聚物内部渗入,使大分子之间的距离不断增大,然后溶解形成均匀的溶液.整个过程所需时间很长,溶胀过程的速度对溶解速度有重要影响.
根据所需要的不同种类的纤维 经过以上的某步之后 多数需要进行数次拉伸 冷却 氧化 定型 改性 致密化 曲卷 等等一些列步骤

聚丙烯腈的“熔点”高于其分解温度(具体多少度忘了,百度文库里有相关资料),所以通常只能够采用溶液纺丝.但是BASF通过改变共聚单体,制造出了可用于熔融纺丝的聚丙烯腈,并已在美国实现了工业化生产.

怎么说呢,反过来讲,第一如果粘流温度太高如聚丙烯晴,加工不划算,而且聚丙烯晴是极性聚合物,即使熔融粘度也很大,不利于加工,第二如聚乙烯醇,分解温度低于粘流温度,也是不能的,只要这几个不冲突都是可以熔融纺丝的
溶液纺丝的话,一是要能找到合适的溶剂,一般来讲非极性结晶高聚物不太适用于溶液纺丝,因为其熔融需要加热到熔点,很难找到这么高沸点的溶剂且还要接近的溶度参数,能找到合适的溶剂的都能溶液纺丝
