Dim sum is typical Chinese Cantanese food,especially in Hong Kong,delicious,simply,light,and lot of varities.
Eating is big deal in China,Chinese love good food,Dim Sum is one of them.And it is good to have a group of people to share,drinking tea,talking,eating,and listening to the most tranditional Chinese music.
There is no main course in dim sum,only four pieces for most of the dishes,and use quite bit seafood,you will not feel so full after a while.But you want to eat again and again ...
