portray和depict用法有何区别?

same meanings--1,make a picture of somebody
2,describe sth in words.
portry has another meaning---act the part ofsb or present in a play

都是描述，描绘的意思。是同义词。
没有什么差别。
只是depict 用于人或者生活的描写时候用的稍微多些。
