第一题的if引导的从句是主系表结构,因为fine是形容词,所以要用is作系动词
第二题if引导的从句是主谓结构,rain是动词,再根据题意应该是否定形式,不下雨,it又是第三人称单数,谓语动词第三人称单数一般现在时的否定形式用doesn't
