Report:Juventus Tempt Inter Outcast Julio Cruz
The out-of-contract hitman is being chased by a host of clubs,but Juve are in pole position.
According to the Corriere dello Sport,Juventus are prepared to give Argentine striker Julio Cruz a chance to extend his playing career at the highest level after Inter refused to offer him a new deal.
The 34-year-old’s contract with the Italian champions will expire at the end of the month and he is resigned to leaving Appiano Gentile but reports suggest that he has plenty of options to choose from.
Fiorentina,Bologna and newly promoted Serie A side Parma have all been linked with a move for the former Banfield youngster,however,it is claimed that Juve are willing to bring him in to play second fiddle to Brazilian marksman Amauri.
‘El Jardinero’ has managed just 23 appearances in all competitions this term,netting 3 goals,but the Old Lady are confident he can still bring something to the table.
Cruz has scored ten times against the Bianconeri during his stay in the peninsula.

Inter’s Robert Acquafresca Could Join Atalanta – Agent

Italy Under-21 star Robert Acquafresca could be heading to Atalanta,however,he will have to join Genoa first before moving to Bergamo,according to his agent,Paolo Fabbri.
The hitman had been on loan at Cagliari from Inter but the Nerazzurri used him as part of the deal which will see Diego Milito and Thiago Motta head to Milan.
Although the striker has not joined the Grifoni yet,they are likely to send him out on another loan when he does.
"Robert to Atalanta,Napoli,Parma.I have heard so much about this in recent days,but there is nothing true behind this," Fabbri told Il Giornale Di Bergamo.
"Before moving to another club,Robert will have to go the Rossoblu first - something that has not happened yet.
"Maybe he will sign for Genoa this week,and then his next destination,like I have said before,could be Atalanta."
