Healthy Eating Habits    Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. We should build healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.They supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat everday.And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides, we should focus on abalanced diet, which assures us the necessary nutritions. Junk food is a fatal killer for our health so that we should stay far from them. It is said that most of students do not eat anything at all in the morning. It is very bad for our health. 科学饮食,百利无一害
随着科学技术的迅速发展,当今社会上的饮食习惯越来越差了,像癌症这类疾病,就是因为饮食不当引的.比如,“手足口病事件”,就给我们敲响了警钟.有关与科学饮食,我有了以下几点建议于发现:
一:不吃垃圾食品.
在一个街道上,随处可看见小贩在高声吆喝,他们的摊位上摆着的都是食品.像油炸土豆丝,香肠,臭豆腐等小吃.有几个放学回家的学生看到这些“好东西”,早已垂延三尺,恨不得把这些东西都占为己有.于是,立刻“掏腰包”买几包油炸土豆丝等.第二天早上起床,肚子早已痛得不堪言了.这,都是那几包油炸“土豆丝”惹的祸呀!其实,朋友们,这点苦是可以避免的.为什么呢?因为这些小贩的摊位一般在街道的两边.可想而知,在一天中,街道两边的车子开来开去,飞扬的尘土早已把细菌带到了食物上.只要小学生们能够正确认识到这一点,(不去买那些“垃圾食品”)那么他们的身体就不会受到损害.
二:注意个人卫生习惯.
“饭前饭后勤洗手”.这恐怕是连三岁小孩也懂的道理.有的人没有这样的习惯,那么疾病就会在他身上时不时地发生.因为,人工作了一天之后,接触的东西也多,因而手上的细菌也比别人多.他们吃饭前没洗手,所以吃饭时,就把手上的细菌一并带入体内,引发疾病.因此,我们学生,更应该重视饮食卫生.
三:不吃刺激性的食物.
当夏天来临时,有些人家就会从商店里批发棒冰,饮料等冷饮.这目的嘛,自然是为了给自己的孩子消消暑,解解馋.可这时的好心却有可能造成不可收拾的局面.比如:孩子见到父母买来了冰棍,心里自然高兴.于是,在中午热的时候,“明目张胆”地吃上一根.也许心里念着这冰棍味儿蛮好的.趁着家长外出时,在家里偷偷地吃上几根棒冰或喝几瓶冰镇饮料.可能他刚好是中午吃过饭后接着吃,那么试问:他的胃刚接受完热食,突然又进了这么多的冷饮,胃能受的了吗?久而久之,严重点儿的,可能以后消化食物都成问题.所以,吃过饭后,不能吃冷饮,平时也不食.
其实科学饮食好处多多.我也喜欢吃零食,但我一定会有一个节制,绝对不多吃.每日三餐,看见桌上菜好或不太“理想”,我也不会看菜“行事”.按我能吃的量吃,直到肚子八分饱.现在到初中,我住校了,虽然食堂里的伙食不如自个家好吃.但我一定把肚子垫饱.因为我知道,不吃饭,尤其是早餐,如果不吃,有可能就会得胆结石.逢年过节时,引诱我大开胃口的美食实在太多了.但我自觉的克制自己,决不暴饮暴食.
