我个人觉得少了个介词
应该是with much of the excitement,不然就不通顺,这个介词短语是修饰recapture的,可翻作富有激情的夺回
其实就是一个从句,由that分开
前面的in表示地点状语,指在什么地方
后面的in表示时间状语,指在什么时候
我觉得that应该是修饰excitement的定语从句.因为主语是个被动语态,不可能是宾语从句,因为recapture的宾语实际上是the goal(转换为主动语态形式),所以that不可能是recapture的宾语.那么就只能是修饰excitement的定语从句,可翻作这种激情曾经是在top-rated部门存在过的,也就是说这种激情是以前曾经拥有的.
