with 和inwith和in都表示穿衣服的时候用哪个 区别在哪?

with后面一般接的是个人特征、所穿的衣服、所带的配饰如眼镜、帽子等in后面一般接的是颜色例：The girl with red hair is my sister.The man with a big sun-glasses is my uncle.Do you see a boy in blue?...

我觉得
with 一般是配件吧。。。
The girl with a glasses.
The girl with a necklace
The girl with a pair of ear rings.
in 衣服一边用in， 起码是能遮盖住人的
the girl in the blue dress
the girl in the long pants
the girl in coat
