My Habit
Bad habits are very hard to get rid of.Same with good habits,they are very hard to acquire,it takes a very long time,a lot of energy and persistence to develop good habits.some of the good habits i have are waking up early,organizing my timetable,and brush my teeth three times a day i never miss it once.i also had some bad habits,such as losing my bank card.it's such a terrible habit and it's very frustrating when you can't find your bank card.it took me so much effort to change that habit.but its worth it.
My family
My family is very important to me because they always support me and give me advice on many of the things i do.my family is small,but we are a sufficient and happy family.there is my hardworking dad who keeps the whole family running.he is smart,intelligent,have strong principles,world's greatest dad; There is my kind but strict mother,she always keep an eye on me and my brother,but at the same time,she is working as a doctor in the hospital,so she is take care of a lot of people other than me and my brother; ther is also my brother of course,who is very mischeivious and sometiems gets me in a lot of trouble with him; last ther is my grandmother,she lives with us for several months than goes back to her hometown and live on her own for several months.we love each other and i love my family.

Eating habit is a very important part in our lives.A good eating habit make you healthy and strong.This is my eating habit.I like to have some pieces of bread and two eggs for breakfast,it keeps my sprite well.For lunch,I like to have something different such as hamburgers,steack and so on.And eat less for my dinner,because before sleeping,you should eat less.Some fruit are my better choice.
Let us eat healthy food to keep ourselves fit!

My habit I usually get up at half past six in the mo rning.And I use ten minutes to wash my face and brush my teeth.Then I muse fin ish eating the breakfast in twenty minut es for I have to go to school at seven o'c lock.I always ride to school.Classes fini sh at five o'clock in the afternoon.And I often play basketball with my friends aft er class for one hour.Then I go home an d have supper.After watching TV for two hours,I go to bed.
