It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview,

Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university.my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 .and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2003,I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities,so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment,I'd like to find a job which is more challenging.Morover Motorola is a global company,so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment.That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others.Also I am able to work under great pressure.

2.给出一堆英语字母,让同胞们从里面挑几个字母组成一个单词,字母用得最多的是冠军.
3.推理游戏
一个人做法官,虚拟一个凶杀案,其他人分别做几个角色,只有真正凶手知道自己做了什么.问问题的人只能问一般疑问句,回答的人只能答“YES OR NO”
4.单词接龙
单词的末尾字母形成下一个单词的开头

My hometown
My hometown is famous for it is rich in producing apples which are sweety,big and delicious.Therefore,my hometown is called the City of apple.
When spring comes,many visitors will come here to enjoy the flowers which are very beautiful and aromatic.When autumn comes,the visitors can pick apples to have fun,and they can eat the apples picked by themselves which is very interesting and they can enjoy their own labor result.Therefore,visitors can not only get close to nature,but also experience the country life.
I love my hometown very much.

Sports do us good in many respects (TS). It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities. What’s more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.
My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully enough, sports can do us nothing but good.

Hi everybody!
My name is XXX. I think you guys know me already. I come here today(中间顿下) for the competition of the Secondary leader of English Association. Actually, i spent more times on other things(顿下) which made me absent times before, but(小停顿) this isn't what i really want to be happened. I got lots of favors; readings, piano(不确定你弹什么琴,自己修改下) and not bad results for the studys. Maybe people think that the experience is not enough for me, but i dont think so. Although i failed the competition last time, this is not means that my skills are poor. To be opposite, if you can give me a chance this time, i gonna work hard more then before. Even(顿下), if i droped again this time, there is nothing more excuses for me, but indicated that i have done less. Never lose the confidance of forward (不失去前进的信心) and i also would like to be realised by all of you! Never give up

Recently，the English Club and the Students’ Union have called on us to take exercise. So，what can we do for ourselves?
First of all，we should make full use of our time in the morning and the breaks between classes. Of course，we can take exercise on the way to school and back home，too.
Secondly，we should take exercise by doing different kinds of sports，such as doing morning exercise，running，jumping and playing basketball. Every sport can help us to be more healthy.
