my understanding that i must deliver part to you by same price as socc..
so if you can accept shipping term is changed to 焖ob from cif & you bear air cost ,we can accept your request.

我的理解是我必须以SOCC同样的价格部分发货给你.
因此,如果你能够将装运条款由CIF修改成FOB（焖OB 应该是FOB吧?）,并且你能承担空运费,我们能够接受你的请求.
