This can result in either a positive or negative effect, or both. -----------Wikipedia 今天和大学寝室长聊了一会，她的状态蛮好的。有段时间她抑郁了一阵子，但现在好了，已经又回去工作了。聊到了她老公，说到她老公能拿到国内的人才计划的奖金。 大学时，大家都蛮穷的。毕业10年了，每个人的人生轨迹慢慢不一样。室长现在蛮好的了，有了两套房子。有了两个孩子。老公也当了领导。我是真心为她开心的。 两年前，我们通过一次话，那时她就很开心地说了买房，升职加薪的话题。我听了之后为她高兴之余，自卑感油然而生。和老公生气了两天。。。 两年过去了，我也有了自己的孩子，老公已经去公司工作了，我们买了自己的一套房子。我的心态有了很大的变化。首先，我没有那么羡慕她了。可能是知道了她的辛苦，我知道她二胎出生后抑郁过，生过病。这只是其一。 还有就是自己的变化，生了孩子之后，生活比以前忙了好多。没有那么多自由自在的时间了。但是也逐渐认识到自己身上的责任了，不再那么不切实际了。你想要什么，要看看自己有没有那个努力去争取，肯不肯挨累受苦。不想苦的过程，只想甜的结果，那是很傻很幼稚的。 今天一天，我想了很多，如果大学同学聚会。我会是以什么样的心态呢？优越感？还是自卑感？ 我的答案是，如果聚会时，大家会互相比较，either 优越 or 自卑。那我一定不要去。我希望是平和的状态，大家老朋友聚会的感觉。不过，我猜，这种同学聚会很难不比较。
