在PROE中我设置了工作目录我在打开系统窗口输入PURGE为什么不管用,有没有更好的方法,删除PREO中的多余文件

窗口》打开系统窗口里面有一个路径,如果路径就是你模型文件的路径就可以,直接输入purge》回车即可将所有老版本去掉。

PROE.5“窗口”内的“系统窗口”打不开无法使用purge命令,是设置错误造成的,解决方法如下:1、首先proe自带有一个批处理删除命令purge,可以通过打开下图红色框指示的系统窗口,来测试一下。2、打开系统窗口后,在命令提示符后面输入purge命令,在没有对系统设置好之前,会得到下面提示:“‘purge"不是内部或外部命令,也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件”。3、这是因为windows不会自动识别这个批处理文件,这时需要打开path来编辑,在系统里打开高级设置。4、在变量值那里输入purge命令所在的文件路径。通常默认是安装在proe的文件夹的bin目录下的,如果path变量值上面还有其它内容,后面加个;号再输入purge的路径。5、设置好系统路径后,关掉proe重新打开,然后设置好工作路径到要删除的文件夹。6、输入purge命令,这一次可以发现没有警告提示了,系统光标闪烁几次后即回到原来设置的文件目录那里了。

1.进行性多发性周围神经病常为首发症状,表现为四肢对称性运动、感觉障碍,下肢较上肢重,远端较近端重,常有足下垂、肌萎缩和腱反射减弱或消失,套式感觉障碍,部分患者仅有运动障碍。脑神经损害主要为视盘水肿。2.脏器肿大主要为肝和(或)脾大,但肝功能多正常,且很少有食管静脉曲张和脾功能亢进表现。部分患者可有淋巴结肿大。3.皮肤改变呈弥漫性色素沉着,以四肢及头面部为主,乳晕呈黑色,并有皮肤增厚、坏死和多毛。部分患者可有类似皮肌炎或硬皮病的皮肤改变。4.内分泌改变表现为内分泌腺功能紊乱,男性乳房发育,阳痿。女性乳房增大,溢乳、闭经。也可伴有糖耐量异常以及甲状腺功能低下,水肿较多见,多数为凹陷性,且常为首发症状。部分患者可合并有胸腔积液、腹水、低热、多汗及杵状指,类似于增殖性肾小球肾炎的肾病、急性动脉闭塞、肺动脉高压、血小板增多和真性红细胞计数增多。偶见心包积液。5.合并浆细胞增生性疾病最常见为骨硬化性骨髓瘤,其次为髓外浆细胞瘤,溶骨性多发性骨髓瘤少见。

POEMS综合征的治疗方法有哪些?

POEMS综合征治疗前的注意事项?预防:中医认为POEMS综合症此病因体虚汗出,津液耗伤,筋脉失于濡养所致,中医治疗宜和营解肌、舒缓项强、通经活属。对于POEMS综合征目前西医尚无特殊治疗方法。现主要采用免疫干预治疗、手术及放射治疗。伴骨髓瘤者可化疗、放疗或手术切除浆细胞瘤方法来缓解症状,但不适合非骨髓瘤患者。用肾上腺皮质激素治疗,可使部分症状缓解有试用大剂量IgG0.2g*kg-1*d-1静滴5d,治疗2例均有效。1992年,Enveoldson等报道1例使用泼尼松、环磷酰胺无效的患者改用三苯氧胺(Tamoxfen)后,各种症状得到改善。有报道,对某些激素治疗无效者,应用血浆置换术,每次2500~3000ml共5次,多发性神经病和皮肤病变可好转。血桨交换法疗法运用范围比较狭窄,该疗法费用昂贵,治疗效果维持时间比较短,一般能维持在7~15天左右,故也不是治疗本病的有效方法。
