4K对齐都是对固态SSD做的，机械盘做这个没有意义，如果这个Paragon Alignment Tool你用不了，可以用分区助手，在里面选择中你对齐的分区点右键，在高级下选择对齐分区就行了。

解决办法，到BIOS设置中，进入 Security Chip 项目 将 Security Chip 设置为 Active 将 Intel(R) TXT Feature 设置为 Enabled。 F10保存重启后，一切正常。
