　　是后置定语，修饰conditions，意思是脱离这些仪式的条件下。under conditions，under的是什么样的conditions呢？就是divorced from these rites的条件下。

myths神话

　　around 在这里是介词，由其本意 “围绕…” 引申为 “以…为基础而展开” 或 “根据...”。　　本句中的grow up around a ritual 的意思就是 “在宗教仪式的基础上发展起来”【around a ritual 是临时组合起来的状语，修饰grow up】。　　参考译文：故事（神话）可能是后来在宗教仪式的基础上发展起来的。

Greekmythology还有另外的意思，就是希腊神话学但可以这么说，在表达希腊神话的时候，这两个是通用的，都可以的Greekmythology更倾向总体表示神话的总称Greekmyths更倾向表示神话故事的个体。比如一个希腊神话，还是用aGreekmyth比较好的mythology为不可数名词时是神话学或者神话的总称。当他是可数名词的时候是神话集的意思，比如themythologiesofprimitiveraces原始民族神话集.还是比较少见amythology的PS：为什么这个没有（L13）？（L13）是什么意思啊？呵呵好奇心强

myths代表一个人或者一件事物你知道它，听说过它 但对其中的缘由或者具体情况无法知晓 所以称之为myths Legends一般对一个人或者一段经历都已经很了解 人们研究它了解它之后得出的结论是这是个Legend
