郭凤莲：大寨铁妮用奋斗青春攻克时艰 李彦春　 六十年代初，正值中国经济的困难时期。美国搞经济封锁、苏联撤走专家、国内遭受自然灾害……如何让七亿人民吃饱，粮食问题成当务之急。 在山西大寨，17岁的郭凤莲挺身而出：“大人们干什么活，我们就干什么活；大人们什么时候回，我们就什么时候回。”以“铁姑娘队”为代表的大寨人开始了改天换地的传奇。 从此，大寨与“自力更生、艰苦奋斗”一起走入国人集体的政治记忆。从此，“铁姑娘”的称号相伴郭凤莲走到今天。 ■吃窝头抬石头 大寨收获40万斤粮 那么，铁姑娘队“玩命干，比着干”的终极目标是什么？郭凤莲说：“往大了说是建设社会主义，往小了说是想多打粮食吃饱饭，能吃上不掺糠的窝头。”郭凤莲回忆那时的大寨：年均一人分二斤半小麦，这点粮食竟填不满磨盘眼儿。当年，即使是掺糠的窝头，每天也只有一个，冬天则是冰碴窝头。郭凤莲曾为大寨人的冰碴午饭编了顺口溜“冰碴饭歌”：冰碴饭甜，冰碴饭香，吃了不忘本，干活有力量。 周总理第二次来大寨，见虎头山没树，他建议绿化虎头山。陈永贵疑惑，石头山怎么栽树？总理说石头缝里也能栽树。山东有个雷家寨，毛主席说雷家寨很好，你要向雷家寨学习，第一植树造林，第二发展农副业。比如可以养猪，上粮食加工厂，粮食加工去除的杂质可以喂猪，猪的肥料可以化到田里，精细产品可以供给厂矿机关。当时大寨有粉条厂，总理说可以扩大小加工厂。第三兴修水利，防止干旱。陈永贵说，我们这里只有涝灾，没有旱灾。总理说，再过十年，北方地区会干旱少雨，你们一定要兴修水利。第四要办农民夜校，要让农民学文化，提高素质。 而令她们至今自豪而无悔的是她们的家乡大寨——这个曾经名不见经传的小山村在经历了1963年的大灾之后，凭借她们的奋斗，终于在第二年收获了40万斤粮食和空前的盛名。1964年2月10日,《人民日报》发表《大寨之路》，同时配发社论《用革命精神建设山区的好榜样》。1964年12月，三届人大一次会议上，周恩来在《政府工作报告》中将大寨树为“依靠人民公社集体力量、自力更生地进行农业建设，发展农业生产的先进典型”。 1991年11月15日，离别大寨11年的郭凤莲重返大寨，45岁的她被任命为大寨村第八任党支部书记。晋地俗语“人过四十五，庄稼出了暑”。此时人到中年的郭凤莲对于大寨的未来心里没底，但大寨人寄望铁姑娘重整河山。“人到四十五，好比出山虎”，熟悉郭凤莲争强好胜性格的大寨人这样激励她。郭凤莲一句“人不能跟历史赌气，更不能跟现实赌气”让大寨人有了主心骨。
